Our key codes must match your "device name". Here's how you get that information:

Palm OS Software

Your "device name" is the same as your Palm HotSync user name, and can be found two ways:

2) When you tap the "Register" button or select the "Register" menu item in one of our programs, your user name will be listed there.

1) Go to the Applications area of your Palm, then tap the HotSync program icon. Your user name is shown in the top right corner.

Pocket PC Software

Your "device name" can be found two ways:

1) Run our software, then click the "Register" button to see the "device name" displayed there.

2) Select "Settings" from the Start Menu on your handheld. Tap the "Owner Information" icon; the device use rname is displayed in the "name" field

Windows & Macintosh Software

1) Run our software, then click the "Register" button to see the "device name" displayed there.
