Palm Installation Download the .PRC file to your desktop computer Click the link, then click the "Open" button TIP: Store the installer file on a memory card for easy installation in the field, in case your batteries go dead HotSync Tap on the "Install" icon on your device to complete the installation
Pocket PC Installation Download the .EXE file to your desktop computer Double-click the file to run the installer, while your handheld is connected Go to Start Menu/Programs and tap on application icons to run
