We've been designing Scene Commander for some time now, and we've created an effective tool that will help, not hinder, the smooth operation of a fast changing emergency scene. Using state-of-the-art technology and a simple, easy-to-use interface, Scene Commander is the tool you need to track and manage your incident.

Apparatus Specifications and Personnel Certifications

Scene Commander contains an integrated database to track your resources, whether it be apparatus or personnel. When a resource is used, you have all the critical information at your finger tips: detailed apparatus specifications and personnel certifications. Need to fill a special need? Perform complex searches and find it in an instant.

Accountability, Resource Tracking, Time Logging

We've designed Scene Commander to function as its own accountability system, or fit in with more sophisticated systems using ID tags. You can view resources in a variety of ways: by incident command position, by location, by functional role, by capabilities, etc. Each time you update the status of a unit, this is automatically added to a log file and time stamped for record keeping and future analysis.

Incident Command System Reference Guide

Scene Commander comes with a guide to the ICS (or NIMS), so you can quickly see the standard roles and responsibilities of key positions. Think of this as a checklist for each role, as well as an excellent training aid to get up to speed on ICS or NIMS.
